This website is operated by Greencrest Integrated Services Limited (RC 1797334), a company incorporated in Nigeria with its registered office at Plot 536, J.K Zaphaniah Street, Zone ‘A’ Extension, Apo Resettlement, Abuja, FCT, Nigeria. Where these terms say “we”, “us” or “Greencrest”, they mean that company. Where they say “you”, they mean whoever is using the site.

Using this site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. If you are using it for an organisation, you are confirming you have authority to accept them on that organisation’s behalf.

Our privacy policy and our Nigeria data protection statement form part of these terms.

It describes what Greencrest does and gives you a way to get in touch. That is all it is for. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a tender, a quotation, or a commitment to supply anything at a particular price or on a particular date. Work is done under a signed contract, and only what that contract says binds us.

We take care that what is published here is correct when it is published. We do not promise it stays correct. Capabilities, certifications, figures and project descriptions change. Before you act on anything you read here, ask us to confirm it in writing.

Nothing here is professional advice, engineering, legal or otherwise. Do not treat it as a substitute for advice about your own project.

The text, photographs, drawings, layout, code and the Greencrest name and mark are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may read the site, print a page, and share a link to it. You may quote a short passage if you say where it came from. You may not copy the site or a substantial part of it, republish it, use it commercially, or feed it to a system that reproduces it, without our written permission. Photographs of our projects may not be reused at all without asking, because some of them are taken on client premises.

• Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaks a law that applies to you.
• Attempt to gain access to any part of the site, server or account you were not given.
• Introduce anything malicious, or attack the site, including by flooding it with traffic.
• Scrape or harvest the site by automated means beyond ordinary search engine indexing.
• Use the enquiry form to send advertising, a chain message, or anything abusive, defamatory or misleading, or to impersonate somebody else.

We may withdraw access from anyone who does these things, and report conduct that is criminal to the authorities.

Where we link to somebody else’s site, it is because we think it is useful. We do not control it, we do not endorse what it says, and we are not responsible for it. Read its terms and its privacy policy, not ours.

Sending the enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or oblige us to quote or to take the work on. A contract exists between us only when it is in writing and signed by both sides.

Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive material through the form. It travels as ordinary email. If you need to send something in confidence, ask us and we will arrange a proper channel and a non-disclosure agreement first.

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, be uninterrupted, or be free of faults, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice. We are not responsible for a device, connection or browser that cannot display it properly.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything written here.

Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows: we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or your inability to use it. Our total liability in connection with the site is limited to ₦100,000.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the site, are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory rule of the law of the country where you live, or of the right to bring proceedings there where that right cannot be excluded.

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

We may change these terms. The date at the top of the page tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version, so it is worth looking at the date if you are relying on something here.
