How it works

Our services run from the pre-project phase through to post-project close-out. We scope the work, build the budget, set the programme, appoint and coordinate contractors, and report against the dates you were given.

The close-out file is the part most contractors skip. Every certificate, waybill, test result and photograph goes into one place, so when the job is audited a year later the evidence is where you left it.

We take on work at the optimal cost for the outcome rather than the lowest headline figure, and we say so at scoping rather than discovering it halfway through.
